Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of The Everyday Helper's services and website. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide household management and support services as described on our website. We do not provide personal care, medical, or financial advisory services.

2. Bookings & Payments

- Services are charged at £25 per hour paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
- Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge for short-notice cancellations.

4. Liability

We are fully insured. However, we cannot be held liable for indirect losses or issues outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to that policy.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
